All electric firebox features can be initiated from the controls on the unit or with our hand held remote control.

Free Standard Home Delivery:
This
service is a delivery used for larger items and provides delivery to
the first dry area, negotiating no steps. The delivery company will
call for an appointment.
Premium White Glove Delivery:
2-person
delivery to the inside of the residence. Includes inside placement, up
to two 2 flights of stairs, unpacking, debris removal, and light
assembly limited to thirty 30 minutes. Light assembly services are
limited to those that can be performed with an adjustable wrench and
screwdrivers.
On both levels of service the shipping provider will call to make delivery appointment (Monday-Friday 0800-1700).
Deliveries will be made within a four hour window.
