Shipping Policy
Shopping on the internet is fast and convenient. We at The Furniture Butler know that waiting for your purchased items to be delivered is the hard part. We make every effort to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Check in the product details for specific availability of your item. Most items that are in stock can be shipped out in 3-7 business days. Items will be shipped via FedEx or freight truck. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery after ship date.

TRUCK SHIPPING OPTIONS:
Free Standard Home Delivery:
This service is a 2-person delivery used for larger items and provides delivery to the threshold or to the first dry area.
Premium White Glove Delivery:
2-person delivery to the inside of the residence. Includes inside placement, up to two 2 flights of stairs, unpacking, debris removal, and light assembly limited to thirty 30 minutes. Light assembly services are limited to those that can be performed with an adjustable wrench and screwdrivers. On both levels of service the shipping provider will call to make delivery appointment (Monday-Friday 0800-1700). Deliveries will be made within a four hour window.
